Day 8: Orlando

Day 7: At Sea

Day 6: Cozumel, Mexico

A great day on the beach in Mexico! Rob and I got a taxi to a free beach area. We were one of the first ones to the beach so we scoped out our perfect spot! Beach chairs in the shade and a hammock! I was in heaven speaking spanish. And instead of purchasing a beach mat for $10, I talked the guy into renting one to me for $5! Plus I talked the guy down for a nice pair of sunglasses for Rob! Boy do I miss speaking Spanish all day. It was just a nice, hot day on the beach!
Cruise tip: Eat breakfast in the dining room and ask the waiter for a plate of cookies. Store the cookies in a large zip-lock bag (always bring those on a trip) and take them to the beach! Makes for a great day on the beach! Oh! And some water bottles (don't drink the water in Mexico) and any other food you want for the day.
And yes...I cried when we had to get back on the ship in Mexico :(

Day 5: Grand Cayman Islands

Candy shop in Grand Cayman...all those dresses were made of candy! And to the right...I found the perfect little shirt for my little peanut M&M inside my tummy!

I ate about 1/2 pound of chocolate covered gummy bears from this shop! The baby liked them so much I had to just keep eating them! I love those little gummy bears.

Parasailing!!! Definitely a highlight of the trip. I was spoiled, I first went up with Rob and had a nice ride. Then when I came down they told me they needed me to go again with Liz so that the weight worked out with the wind! Shucks...two parasailing rides! I loved gazing over the entire island and looking over top all the cruise ships parked there.

Beach time! Yes, the beaches in the Cayman Islands are all that they say they are. Soft sand, beautiful blue water...and baracudas. Yeah...Rob had a baracuda jet past him, but they say they are harmless. They basically look like a really long syringe with the needle nose.
As we were laying on the beach a couple told us about "Dolphin Cove" where you can go watch people swim with the dolphins in these huge pools. So, without thinking twice we caught the city bus (old van with a yellow number on it) and went to see dolphins! It was fun to watch the dolphins play and tourist swim with them.

The city bus was a blast for me bc we were riding with all the locals. It takes a huge loop around the island so we got to see all the places where the people live and work. Its a fun little place to visit!

Lucky for you I only included one picture of the dolphins...even though I took like 40. Rob kept telling me to slow down on the pics. They are just too cute! If pregnant ladies would've been permitted, I would have been in that pool swimming with those cute little guys!

Back to the boat :( This island required us to take tenders over. Here's us joining the crowds to make it back to the ship in time. I was sad to leave the Grand Cayman Islands.

 Lobster Night!!!
The lobster and shrimp plate was delicious!!! I also ordered a plate of salmon...just cause I felt like it! As you can tell, Rob enjoyed getting to know his lobster. The rest of us just had lobster tails...that the waiters took out of the tail for us.

Pillow Animals!!! On this day we got TWO pillow animals for us! I sure love them!

Go Buckeyes! After dinner we cheered our buckeyes on to victory against Syracuse! The game was poolside up on the big screen! It was so fun! Just hanging out drinking my strawberry daquiri. And who knew that I could fall asleep so nicely on those pool chairs? After our game Rob and Mark watched the next game...and I slept like a baby throughout the entire game! Same thing happened the next night too.  This is how to enjoy March Madness!!!
