Below is a link to my entire recipe file online! Hope someone can find it helpful! Some of them are family favorites, while others are some proven recipes that I've used in the cooking labs with the students. Several times I've had people tell me they would love to get the recipes that I have the students make in lab...well here they are! Happy cooking and meal planning.

Porter's Baby Blanket
Here's the baby blanket I made Porter. It's from a simple coin quilt pattern...but uses Boise State colors (of course). True confessions, I love the Broncos and I always will. But I am really itching for the buckeyes to commence their season. I can't wait to go to the buckeye games! Anyway...this shows the basic steps of making strips and then putting it together. I left off the machine quilting and binding. I think he will like it:) I'm sure excited for him to see it. Only 3 weeks to go!
P.S. This quilt pattern is SO simple and a great idea for using up scraps.
It can be used for ANY size quilt.
Raspberry Streusel Muffins
My FAVORITE muffins!!!
Here are my favorite muffins....they may not look so flattering in the pan...but they are d-e-licious!

"Diaper Clutch"
Here is one of the diaper clutches I recently made. They are handy little "wallets" where moms can store diapers and wipes for a quick change. Saves lugging the entire diaper bag out of church just to change a diaper! Thanks to my friend Sarah for the idea...and my favorite fabric shop for the pattern!
